“Easiest and excellent quality window replacement project that I've ever had. We replaced some windows downstairs using a different company and I wanted to compare so I did some Google Reviews and looked through the mailer ads. I get so much ad from Andersen and Window Nation, etc. I initially talked to Andersen but the Sales Rep insisted that both homeowners must be present and willing to spend 1 hour to go over the material and choices. It sounded like a BIG pile of hard selling that my husband absolutely vetoed. A friend who had 30 windows replaced recommended Pinnacle Window so I checked their website. To be honest, I've never heard of their window brands before. So back to YouTube for some window reviews. Ultimately, I took the chance and called them up. John came over and did the initial house check and conversation. He was very efficient and no-nonsense. He brought a sample window on what he's observed would work best for what I want and within my budget. He answered my questions about the design and gave price quotes. The whole appointment took 30 minutes. 2 weeks later, the final window measurement was done just to be certain. John estimated around 7-8 weeks to get the windows ordered and be ready for installation. I received Okna windows and they're very thick. This is not Home Depot type windows. At week 8, Cole called to schedule installation saying it would only take a day. Steve and Austin showed up early and immediately got to work. They brought a rug to keep the carpets protected and vacuumed the area when finished. They were always friendly, polite, and respectful. I waited a few weeks and a few thunderstorms to make sure the windows have no leaks. It is so quiet in the rooms now (our old windows keep opening on its own when there's wind gusts. Also, a neighbor who also recently had windows replaced with Andersen had to call them back because the windows leaked after the rain.) ANYWAY, I'm super happy with the whole experience. There was absolutely no harassment or hard selling.”

“Found these folks when they did my daughter's windows and was impressed with the workmanship and speed. When the time came a few weeks back for our windows to be done we called them and the job they did was perfect - every window looked pristine. They were even able to replace a large window in the master bath with a dual pane unit with textured glass. We got the xenon filled windows which has made a great difference in internal temperatures. The excellent workmanship caused us to decide on another project: replacing our front door and sidleights. Yesterday the same crew came out and in less than three hours had replaced the entire door, frame and sidelights: again, excellent workmanship, excellent quality, and the installation now matches the windows.
